Overview
The Exponential Leaders Fellowship (ELF) is a faith-based transformative leadership program designed to inspire and develop new leaders who will be trained to use God’s Intelligence, Power and Presence in a tangible way to make positive impact in institutions, organizations, and nations across Africa. The ELF is an offshoot of Exponential Foundation.
Methodology
ELF’s delivery methodology combines learning sessions, case studies, and volunteer work experience to equip servant leaders with the tools, mentorship, and spiritual strength needed to infuse their faith into leadership. The program fosters the creation of a positive influence that extends far beyond personal success, shaping leaders who drive lasting change in their communities.

Workshops and Training
Fellows participate in intensive workshops focusing on servant-leadership development, and spiritual resilience. From practical skills to principles of servant leadership, each session is designed to equip fellows to lead with purpose.
Mentorship from Kingdom-Driven Leaders
ELF offers access to successful mentors drawn from the marketplace who have demonstrated competence in aligning their faith and influence in their positions in the marketplace and in their lives. Fellows gain unique insights and guidance from seasoned leaders who provide both spiritual and professional support.
Collaborative Projects
Fellows are grouped into project teams, tackling real-world challenges that provide hands-on learning within their communities . These projects foster collaboration, encourage innovative thinking, and demonstrate the power of faith-centred teamwork.
